Depending on your current level of health and fitness and the length of this programme, the aim is work towards a level of fitness which will improve your overall body movment and stamina for everyday challenges and physical fitness activities. This programme will include a nutrition assessement and recommendations on how to improve health and diet. This includes a plan and acountability meetings
Mobilisation
Learn how to move your body to increase blood flow and energy levels for everyday challenges. Mobilisation is absolutely key in order to achieve optimum physical health benefits. This step will review & assess your current composition in order to programme the right movements to improve your health and fitness.
Core Stability
When building a house you need a foundation for the house to stand and withstand weather resistance. The core is essential to any bodily function, the core is your foundation to move and stand. In order to improve your health and fitness this area must be addressed. This element will be incorporated within the programme to maximise results.
