Foundational Movements is a 3 session programme ideal for anyone looking to Learn how to Mobilise their body through functional movements. This programme is suitable for anyone new or experienced in fitness and looking to diversify their range of body motion to increase strength, power, speed, flexibility & coordination. This elements are hugely beneficial for weight-loss, toning, muscle building, sports, general life fitness and health.
Below is a summary of each session. You will see a focus on Mobilisation which is key in preparation for any form of exercise or sport. Once you have completed Foundational Movements the NEXT STEP would be to establish a programme in line with your life and fitness goals!!
